Places to Elope in Colorado

Places to get Married in Colorado

Most couples eloping to Colorado are seeking a spectacular mountain backdrop for their intimate wedding. Good news--there is no shortage of those in Colorado!

I specialize in outdoor wedding photography so most of my suggested sites reflect that. Colorado Rocky Mountain backdrops for your elopement wedding can be found in parks, gazebos, private gardens, private vacation rentals, mountain lodges, chapels, lodges, and national forests as well as atop the mountains themselves.

Accessibility varies for each site. Many have parking adjacent to the site. Others may require a longer walk. I'm also happy to assist you with off-the-beaten-path hike-to venues.

Some outdoor locations require paid permits in order to reserve them for your wedding. Others are totally free. Click on the links for more info.
